Hello!

Hi, I’m Nitzan.
My name translates to "flower bud" in Hebrew, which feels fitting as I’ve always been drawn to nature and helping others grow and thrive.

My journey into therapy began early. When I was about ten years old my mom came home with severe back pain, . Wanting to help, I instinctively began massaging her. She soon felt much better, smiled and said, “You have healing hands.”
That moment stayed with me for long time, and made me realize the power of touch and care.
Today, my work combines movement, hands-on care, and holistic principles. Aromatherapy is thoughtfully integrated to support balance, regulation, and overall well-being.
Outside of work, I love being out in the nature! I enjoy hiking, running, rock climbing, and practicing yoga.
I live in NYC with my beloved partner - I feel greatful and aligned with the path I’m on, both personally and professionally.
My Proffessional Journey

I began my physical therapy journey in 2018 at Tel Aviv University (BPT), where I developed a deep fascination with the human body, movement, and healing.
Alongside my studies, I completed advanced training in Pilates instruction, medical massage, and prenatal care, and opened my own clinic in Tel Aviv, working primarily with pregnant and postpartum women.
After moving to the US, I've completed my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree at Arcadia University and advanced training in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy through Herman & Wallace.
I am currently training as an Ilan Lev Method practitioner and a birth doula, continuing to expand the way I support women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.
My Personal Story
My life experiences and desire to make a positive impact have led me to become a therapist.

I grew up in a small village near Tel Aviv with my wonderful parents and two brothers. At the age of 14, during a relocation to Germany, my mother was diagnosed with stage IV breast cancer (metastases were throughout her every bone). Three years later, back in Israel, I was diagnosed with cancer as well.
My mother and I went through surgeries and chemotherapy side by side. After four years of fighting, my mother sadly passed away in 2011.
I continued treatments and eventually healed completely.

Living through illness at such a young age taught me the value of compassionate care, resilience, and the profound impact of human support, especially during life’s most transformative moments. These experiences shaped my decision to dedicate my life to improving quality of life, and in particular - empowering women to feel stronger, more connected, and at home in their bodies during times of deep change.

After graduating high school with honors, I volunteered and served as an officer in the IDF's intelligence unit for nearly four years.
My fascination with the human body and a desire to understand its intricacies made physical therapy a natural career path for me.

Today, I live in Brooklyn, NY with Urik, the love of my life since we were 18, and I’m healthier than ever.
