The Complete Motherhood Program

This ultimate program combines a total of four sessions - prenatal and postnatal treatments, instruction on newborn massage and postnatal Pilates session.

This is my most inclusive program, integrating prenatal and postnatal care elements for the ultimate wellness experience. It will help promote a healthy and peaceful pregnancy and alleviate anxieties and worries throughout and after pregnancy.

 

The first session is prenatal massage, also known as pregnancy massage - it is a specialized massage technique designed to address the unique needs of expectant mothers. It balances and supports the processes and changes that occur in the woman's body during pregnancy.

Massage can significantly affect muscle and joint discomfort, improve blood and lymph circulation, reduce stress hormones, and strengthen the mind-body connection.

 

The second session is a postpartum massage - this therapeutic session addresses the unique needs and challenges faced by women during this challenging time. It is a safe and effective way to promote healing and relaxation after childbirth.

This will contribute to the overall well-being of the mother and, therefore, also the baby's health. The benefits of massage include the reduction of aches and pains experienced after pregnancy, during breastfeeding, and generally during motherhood. It improves blood and lymph circulation, improves sleep quality, and supports lactation.

Massage also helps relieve fatigue, numbness, and other common postpartum emotional symptoms.

 

In these two sessions, we will meet at the clinic for 60 minutes each time. We will have a small checkup talk at the beginning so I can carefully adapt the techniques to your individual needs on the same day providing safe and effective treatment.

 

The third session is a 60-minute hands-on tutorial at the family house, where you will learn how to massage your baby safely and effectively.

Baby massage is designed to calm and nourish the baby. It can help relieve gas discomfort, improve sleep quality, and support body awareness and sensory integration.

In addition, it is a beautiful opportunity to enjoy quality time while strengthening the parent-child bond, enhancing the emotional connection, and creating a sense of security and trust.

This will be a 60-minute hands-on tutorial at the house of the family.

 

In the last session, I will guide you on returning or even starting to exercise during the postpartum period.

Using functional movements and simple activities, we will work together to identify and rebuild your strengths. This is done while respecting your body's natural healing process and improving its inherent abilities. This guidance is designed to build a foundation for a healthy lifestyle, increase your confidence and empower you.

This is a 60-minute session that also takes place at your house.

* You can begin receiving postpartum massages as soon as you feel well after delivery. If you are in doubt, wait until six weeks after delivery and schedule your desired treatment.

**As long as the newborn is feeling healthy, massage is recommended starting from the very early weeks of life.
